Grand Cru Rosé

In music theory, a dyad refers to an interval of two notes played simultaneously, to create harmony or to form a melody when played one after the other. This Champagne is crafted from two grape varieties: Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from Ambonnay. I’ll leave it up to you to decide whether the interval will be melodic or harmonic when you taste it!
