Rich and powerful, harmonie is an ode to the passage of time.
Harmonie is a wine crafted exclusively from the village of Chouilly, the family’s historic Grand Cru. Made from Chardonnay and aged in cellar for eight years, the wine takes its name from the three elements that emerge during tasting: the vineyard, the winemaking process, and the aging process.
Harmonie pairs excellently with fish, but is equally well-suited to white meat.
